SSQ began in January 2020. We started to provide a flexible service that offered a familiar face, tailored support plans and a reprieve from the corporate side of the disability sector.
We were Ipswich locals at the time of our inception and naturally grew to provide support to many Ipswich residents. Over time, we have met and connected with many wonderful participants across Brisbane and expanded our service area.

At Support Services Queensland, our mission is to encourage individuals to reach their full potential through relevant resources, positivity, and a diverse support network. We believe NDIS support clients deserve personalised care in a supportive environment.
Our director has lived experience with disability, growing up with several members of her immediate family having a range of disabilities and mental health diagnosis’.
She is aware of some of the barriers pwd face, is passionate about the importance of early intervention in children, and has a comprehensive, first-hand understanding of what it takes to provide support and encourage purpose in a loved one with a disability.
