TRANSPARENCY

We understand and respect the responsibility that we have to care for our participants. As a response to providing open communication and maximising choice and control in a participant's life, all documentation created and collected is available to authorised stakeholders in real time.

ABOVE AND BEYOND

1 in 5 Australians have a disability. Many of those are struggling to find ways to find function to a single funding scheme (NDIS). Our goal is to provide opportunities where the NDIS can be moulded around your individual circumstance and increase your quality of life. Our passion and dedication drives us to constantly learn and grow with the scheme so that we can deliver innovative and considered supports when you need it most.

SKILLS AND TRAINING

To allow our support workers the most relevant and up to date information to most appropriately respond to participant's needs, we provide significant formal training on a regular basis. If requested, client specific training can be implemented in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

VEHICLE ACCESS

All of our support workers have completed the necessary paperwork to enable you access to transport during your support hours. Should you require access to a modified vehicle, please let us know.

MEDICATION

Many of our participants take medication. Support Services Queensland has detailed medication reporting requirements to ensure that medication administration is handled with care and consideration in accordance with the prescribing doctor's directions.
